Free Shipping Shipping is free for all orders placed on es-skulpt.com.
Order Processing Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 working days after being received. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.
Delivery Times Delivery times range from 3 to 21 working days after dispatch. These timeframes may vary depending on your location or during peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.).
Spanish islands (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): delivery times range from 15 to 30 business days due to customs clearance procedures and the specific logistics of these territories.
Order Tracking Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow the delivery progress directly on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status on our website under the "Track My Order" section.

Returns and Refunds

No refund will be issued before the parcel has been delivered to the customer.
